Projexasia Limited was appointed as Management Contractor in December 2001. The project comprises the construction of seven three-storey residential houses, a car park, individual swimming pools and Jacuzzi, clubhouse, security and fit out works.
The project is divided into works contract packages with procurement commencing December 2001. Construction commenced April 2002 with Projexasia staff supervising the reinforced concrete frame works contract, the first package to be awarded.
The exterior finishes include natural stone and precast concrete as external cladding restrained by stainless steel brackets, dark green natural slates covering the roof, skylight at entrance foyer, external louvres at verandahs, French doors to outdoor terraces and pool decks and double glazed windows.
The landscape features are include wrought iron entrance gates, stone step paving, driveway paving, stone sets combined with pebbles and gravel in the garden, pools with natural landscaping and timber decking. The colour and texture of the plants provide a visual softness to the garden.
