Projexasia staff were involved in the construction of this 60,000 sq. ft. residential multi-storey building with 10 car parking spaces. It comprises a mix of accommodation with 25 student single bed-study rooms, 12 students twin bed-study rooms, 30 visitors twin bed-study rooms and 18 long-stay visitor's flats. Different floors were designed for various functions, as the 1/F to 4/F of block 1 are planned for the student quarters, and 5/F to 9/F as the short-stay visitors quarters. For block 2, 1/F to 9/F are used as the long-stay visitors quarters.
