Projexasia Limited was appointed as the Project Manager for the renovation of restaurant space at 1105 Times Square for a new Italian Restaurant. The works included the complete design and fit-out of the restaurant, for which Projexasia project managed all aspects.
Projexasia were also responsible for all liaisons with Times Square Management and administration of all required Building Department Submissions.
