Monthly Programme Update
The master programme will be updated monthly to review the actual progress against the planned progress and highlight critical issues which have or may delay progress, as well as to resolve potential problems that may affect the completion of the project.

Monthly Short-Term Programme
A monthly short-term programme in the form of a simple bar chart will be issued to all subcontractors on a rolling bi-weekly basis to assist in arranging delivery of materials and deployment of labour resources in accordance with the programme requirements.

Site Programme Report
A report comparing the status of the original and current progress will be prepared before every weekly site progress meeting in order to provide a clear picture of site progress. Weekly Programme - As the structure will be a key element on the critical path, its progress will be closely monitored. A weekly programme will be prepared and issued to all subcontractors in order that they will best organise their resources.
