Our Project, Progress Control System is adaptable and can be modified to suit the Employer's and Consultants comments and requirements. The system is based on standard forms and procedures that have been tried and tested on a number of projects and which maintain control over construction progress, shop drawing submissions and approvals, and material and equipment submissions and approvals. It is important for the whole team to realise that this is a team effort
